Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of availability, pricing, or project timeline. All project scopes, timelines, and pricing are established through a written contract between you and Port Arthur Sunrooms & Patios after an on-site consultation.
Estimates provided by Port Arthur Sunrooms & Patios are based on the information available at the time of assessment. All estimates are good-faith approximations and are subject to change if the scope of work changes, if hidden conditions are discovered during construction, or if material costs change significantly between the estimate and the start of work.
A written contract will be provided before any work begins. The contract will specify the agreed scope of work, total price, payment schedule, and estimated timeline. No work will begin without a signed contract.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before the additional work is performed. Verbal agreements to change the scope or price are not binding.
Project start dates are scheduled after a contract is signed and any required deposit is received. Start dates are estimates and may be affected by permit review timelines, weather conditions, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any changes to your scheduled start date as soon as we are aware of them.
If you need to cancel or postpone a project after a contract is signed, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposit retention, will be specified in your contract.
We reserve the right to reschedule or suspend work due to unsafe weather conditions, permit holds, or site conditions that make it unsafe or impractical to continue.
Payment terms for each project are specified in the written contract. Typical payment structures include a deposit at contract signing, one or more progress payments tied to construction milestones, and a final payment upon project completion and your satisfaction.
Payments not received by the due date specified in the contract may result in a suspension of work until the outstanding balance is paid. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to late fees or referred to collections, as specified in your contract.
Port Arthur Sunrooms & Patios accepts payment by check, bank transfer, or other methods specified in the contract. We do not accept payment in cash for projects above a threshold specified in your contract.
Port Arthur Sunrooms & Patios will apply for all required building permits on your behalf as part of the project. Permit fees are typically included in the project estimate. We will coordinate all required inspections and provide you with copies of final inspection approvals. You are responsible for ensuring that your property has no outstanding violations or holds that would prevent a permit from being issued. If such issues are discovered, we will notify you and work cannot begin until they are resolved.
Specific warranty terms for workmanship and materials will be provided in your written contract. Warranties apply only to work performed by Port Arthur Sunrooms & Patios and do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to flooding, hurricane or wind damage, acts of nature, misuse, or modifications made by others after project completion.
Materials and products installed as part of your project may carry manufacturer warranties separate from any workmanship warranty we provide. We will provide documentation for any applicable manufacturer warranties at project closeout.

If you have a signed project contract with us, the terms of that contract govern your project regardless of any subsequent changes to these general terms.
